Ken and Sharon

Ken and Sharon were our very first guests. We hit it off immediately - so well that we met up again afterwards when they were at Monteverde.

Ron and Ruth

Our friends Ron and Ruth stayed with us for three nights during the most recent of their frequent holidays in Costa Rica. They are avid birders and resolved a mystery for us. For about a year, we have heard a call that we didn't recognize - a plaintive, whistling sound. On their last morning here, Ron saw a Little Tinamou and, on checking soundtracks on the web, we have confirmed that this is what we have been hearing all along. After their visit here, we met up again at Orosi to bird at Tapanti National Park.
